Practical guidance for gathering the memories people actually make.

OnceRoll is a digital guestbook where guests contribute photos, video messages, and voice messages. Hosts create it in the iOS app, guests join from a QR code or link in their phone browser with no app or account, and everything reveals together after the event.

Our editorial guides are written by the OnceRoll team for hosts who are deciding how to collect candid memories. We review every guide against the product's current capabilities and aim to make the tradeoffs clear: a single guestbook uses one format, photo guestbooks can use shot limits, and video and voice guestbooks have contribution and duration controls. Hosts choose when contributions reveal.

We do not present generated imagery as product evidence or use it to make performance claims. Product behavior is described from the current app and guest experience; when a guide compares categories, it focuses on the workflow rather than unsupported rankings.
