Delete your OnceRoll account

You can delete your OnceRoll account and its associated data at any time, either directly in the app or by emailing us. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Option 1

Delete in the app

Open the OnceRoll app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2

Request deletion by email

Email support@onceroll.com with the subject “Delete my OnceRoll account”.

Send it from the email address tied to your account so we can verify the request. If you no longer have access to that address, tell us and we will verify another way.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, and display name.
Guestbooks you host, including their settings and participant lists.
Photos, video messages, and voice messages uploaded to guestbooks you host.
Your identifiers in our purchase and session systems.

Personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of your request, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep something longer.

What is kept, and why

Contributions you made to another host's guestbook: They belong to that guestbook and stay visible to its host and guests. We remove or minimise your attribution where feasible.
Purchase records: Retained for tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and legal compliance purposes, as required by law.
Aggregated, de-identified analytics: Contain nothing that identifies you and may be retained for operational analysis.
