Why it helps
- A full list of jobs before you type anything, timed around your doors
- Warns you about every job nobody has been assigned to
- Filter by name and print a personal sheet for each helper
How to use it
- 1Set your doors time. Everything on the sheet is timed relative to when guests arrive.
- 2Generate the jobs. Pick your occasion and build a starting sheet covering setup, the event, and pack-down.
- 3Put a name on everything. Work through until nothing is flagged as unassigned β anything left lands on you.
- 4Print one each. Filter by a helper's name and print their own short list.
One job worth assigning
Put somebody in charge of the photos, and it stops being your problem.
With OnceRoll, that job is putting out a QR code β guests do the rest from their own phones, and it all arrives in one place.

Frequently asked questions
Event Run Sheet questions
What is an event run sheet?
A timed list of jobs with a name against each one. It is different from a schedule of the event itself: a run sheet is about who is doing what, so the host is not the answer to every question on the day.
How is this different from a wedding day timeline?
A timeline schedules the moments β ceremony, dinner, dancing. A run sheet assigns the work around them, including everything before doors open and after the last guest leaves.
Should each helper get their own copy?
Yes, and it makes a real difference. Filter by a name and print β each person then holds a short list of their own jobs rather than a page they have to scan for their name.
